II. Product technical route and technical facilities

2. Technical route

When the detection confirms that the chromatic printing is ready, Immediately increase the printing speed to the normal speed of 180m/min, and then go to the winding mechanism of the printing machine to start the tension balanced winding. After the winding, the quality inspector shall check the appearance and pattern quality. The printed film roll shall be placed for 24h (i.e. aging treatment), and the next process shall be carried out after the molecular structure of the printing ink on the film is finalized. The next process is the key process of the project, that is, the production of adhesive free composite film is carried out on the imported Korean ¢ 90mm extruder. Firstly, the printed BOPP film roll is placed on the unwinding mechanism on the extruder. The film passes through the drive guide roller on the extruder and runs directly below the die opening of the extruder. At this time, the auxiliary mixer next to the extruder feeds PE particles and other materials into the feeding opening of the extruder.
